For Owners

Most business owners have owned and operated their businesses for many years, but have little or no experience with the overwhelming task surrounding their exit. There are many questions an owner should consider when planning their exit. Is it the right time to sell? Should they retain an ownership percentage? What is the value of the business? How deals are structured and are they protected retaining minority ownership or holding a note?

For Acquirers

Transact Partners provides domestic and international acquisition sourcing services to Private Equity Groups, Strategic/Corporate Acquirers and High Net Worth Individuals. Our unique sourcing methodology produces acquisition candidates based on your targeted search criteria; including many opportunities that are not currently on the market.

Seeking Growth Capital

Transact Partners assists Business Owners in locating growth capital for expansion and/or acquisition financing. We also work with owners that are seeking to take capital out of their business for personal or estate planning purposes. In most cases, this type of transaction includes selling some portion of the owner’s equity in the company.
