Engagement Process

At Transact Partners, our mission is to identify quality acquisition candidates that fit your search criteria.  We maintain a flexible compensation model that is designed to reward for performance.   

• Buy side fee at closing: We are paid a standard buy side fee at closing for any acquisition candidate sourced through the efforts of TPI. 
• Retainer based buy side services: Higher degree of accountability and results.  Any retainer paid is credited back at the closing of a transaction.
