Senior Advisor
James has over 10 years of legal experience focused on hotel construction and development projects. He possesses expertise in project finance, construction and work-outs situations. James also has a strong background in construction contracts and contractor law. In addition to his legal expertise, James founded and operated a construction management firm and an electrical contracting company.
James received his undergraduate degree from Clark University and his law degree form Suffolk University. James is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and possesses a SEC Series 7 and 63 licenses. James is fluent in both Chinese and Spanish. James also enjoys flying as he holds his pilots license. He resides in Transact’s Charleston, SC office.
